Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via standard international carriers. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on your location and customs processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at usps.com or your local postal carrier's website.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
K9RIS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us at support@k9ris.com and we will do our best to assist you.
